1.     In the instance of any deliberate damage to the equipment occurring during the hire, the client will be liable to cover the repair costs where necessary.

2.     Your booking is NOT confirmed until signing of our booking form and/or a £50 non-refundable deposit is paid. Failure to do either will result in us releasing the hire.

3.     Payment is to be made 7 days prior to the event/hire date unless otherwise stated above in the date box.

4.     If payments can’t be made on the date set out above, then the client should state this prior to signing this agreement and an alternative payment date arranged.

5.     Interest payable on any overdue amounts under this Agreement is charged at a rate of 20.00% per annum.

6.     In the instance of cancelling the service, the client agrees to give a minimum of 14 days’ notice by email to info@illuminationevents.co.uk, otherwise the remaining payment will be due.

7.     Any requests and demands should be sent via email to info@illuminationevents.co.uk  at least 3 days prior to the hire.

8.     By signing this booking form, you are confirming that you are abiding with any GDPR Rules around the UK. Any photos which will be shared on social media, are under the responsibility of the person who is booking our service.
