Illumination Events is looking for a reliable and motivated Event Assistant to join our growing team based in Holyport, Maidenhead.
This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects including weddings, corporate events and outdoor events. The position involves both warehouse preparation and on-site event work, helping with the preparation, installation and removal of professional event equipment.
You will be working with equipment used across a variety of event setups, including lighting, sound, staging and LED dance floors, and more supporting events at venues across the region.
As an Event Assistant, you will help prepare equipment at our warehouse before events and assist with installations and collections on site. Depending on the project, you may work independently, with a partner, or as part of a wider team.
The role involves manual handling and the movement of event equipment, including loading and unloading vans and assisting with the installation of equipment at venues.
This role is suited to someone who is organised, dependable, practical, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced events environment.
